Eric He is a freelance journalist from the Bay Area, currently studying Journalism at the University of Southern California and serving as an associate managing editor at the Daily Trojan.

He is well-versed in the world of sports, with experience at every level from high school to the pros. At the professional level, Eric has covered high-profile events including the NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Final and the Rose Bowl. As a student journalist at USC, Eric currently covers the Trojans football team, chronicling the rise of Heisman Trophy-contending quarterback Sam Darnold last season. He also covers the high school sports scene for Prep2Prep, roaming the sidelines.

Growing up a huge Warriors fan, Eric previously served as the co-editor of Blue Man Hoop, a Warriors blog on the FanSided Network. Additionally, he has covered games live from the press box as the Sharks beat writer for SFBay.ca and an Earthquakes contributor for Sports Radio Service. Eric also worked as the Giants expert for About.com, providing analysis and commentary.

Previously, Eric has written for Bleacher Report, Bay Area Sports Guy, and The Hockey Writers. He also launched Golden Gate Sports, a Bay Area sports site on FanSided which covered all local sports teams and recorded 2.8 million pageviews in its first year. His work has been published by the San Jose Mercury News, seen on SI.com and Google News and cited by NBC Sports.

His internship experience includes USA TODAY, NBC Sports and the Palo Alto Weekly. Eric has also appeared on radio at KGO 810 and Sirius XM.
